Leeds United manager Garry Monk has called on supporters to recreate the atmosphere they did against Bristol Rovers in 2010 when they host Norwich City in a season-defining Championship clash at Elland Road on Saturday.
The Yorkshire outfit know that realistically they must take all three points against the Canaries to keep alive their chances of finishing in the play-off positions after a run of four defeats in six league matches has left them three points adrift of the top six with just two fixtures remaining.
Seven years ago, the Whites needed to beat Rovers at Elland Road in order to secure promotion from League One and despite being reduced to 10 men and going 1-0 down, they came back to win 2-1 in what was a brilliant atmosphere on the day.
Leeds fans have been quick to have their say on the request from their boss via social media, and they seem to be ready to make a difference.
